Early SS-Verfügungstruppe / SS-VT  Totenkopf overseas cap button insignia.  Worn on the early style Allgemeine SS or SS-VT overseas cap along with the SS cap eagle, this large button is approx. 21.5mm in diameter. It features SS runes, RZM and 1194/40 on the reverse.
