Armband….WWII Nazi German, possibly youth organization???

Rare older German reproduction armband. It is possibly a youth organization. Just purchased 100’s of WWII German armbands, this one stumps me. You get the armband shown in the photo, the beak and talons are orange in color though it is difficult to see with this scan.
